Google form is available for persons attending to request transportation pickup/drop-off (airport, train station, etc.), and for gauging the demand for the event shuttle (to/from parking and between event site and housing site).  Please fill out the form if you need assistance with transportation.  We're not guaranteeing pickup/drop-off, and we don't yet know the number or timing of shuttles, but will try to arrange rides as much as possible.  The form can be found here
