All menu items except the bread rolls and possibly part of dessert will be grain free (no wheat, rye, corn, barley, or oats).  Only the cheese (and possibly part of dessert) will contain dairy, and we plan to have at least one cheese which is not cow dairy.  No nuts of any sort will be in any menu items.  The meats and recipes for the sausages are not yet finalized, but we are planning some which are not pork-containing for those with allergies or dietary restrictions - all sausages will be grain-free, nut-free, and dairy free.
