The site contains approximately 4 acres of grassy fields, and three wooded acres interspersed with well-maintained paths. There is a 2500 sq ft heated shop space with electrical outlets. A paved driveway ends in a large paved parking area and circular turn-around space between the house and shop. Parking space is available on the pavement and also along the side of the 580’ long driveway, and in a dry field adjacent to National Avenue.
Merchant Space: Contact the event steward if you want to merchant. Space and electrical outlets are limited.
Service animals only. Site has friendly cats.
Showers: At least one outdoor shower with hot water available, and there will be at least one outdoor hand-washing station.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs, sunscreen, and bug spray.

Site Fees, please preregister:
Adult: $30
Adult Member: $20
Children 6-17: $5
Children 0-5: Free
Food pre-reg required:
An additional $10.00 will get you the Saturday Night meal.
Children 5-12 $5.00 for both meals. Children 13 and over will be charged the adult price.
Limit 2 children under 5 free with 1 adult meal purchase. Please indicate how many children
under 5 will be attending with pre-reg.
Children under 12 will not be allowed to go through the line without a parent.
FOOD
No lunches will be provided.

Saturday evening feast menu! The ingredient list will be posted once everything is at its final form.
Mains will be:
Beef Kefta (with onions & without)- ground beef with spices
Greek Chicken- boneless chicken, with lemon & oregano
Chickpea Salad (vegetarian)- chickpeas, possibly in a curry-style sauce.
There will be greens, thinly sliced onions, white bean salad, pita, feta, olives and salad dressings.
Dessert hasn't been finalized just yet, but most likely cookies, brownies, and hopefully something Turkish/Greek-like.
